Interestingly, all other chord shortcuts work fine holding either steam button of the three dots button but specifically the shut down controller one doesn't want to work.

Oh interesting. I think it's because the "turn your self off" command from steam isn't wired. I've noticed holding Steam and selecting "turn controller off" also does not work.

In the meantime until this is implemented you can also just keep holding down the Steam button for a couple seconds, that should turn off the controller "locally" without the Puck being involved.

Works perfectly here the controller now turns off when Steam is open and I press Steam + Y 👍
The "Turn off controller (test)" button in config also works for me both with Steam open and closed.

Turning off the controller via. the web UI works but pressing Steam+Y doesn't for me - Firmware 0.9.31, Status Protocol v17
I see the PR you linked (#31) was actually closed - any reason why?
Oh just saw it was merged in #33 instead, with it being in 0.9.1... but it's not working on my controller. Doing it with the official Puck it works correctly...

Works fine for me. Did you test this with Steam running?
Even with the official Puck, turning the controller off using Steam+Y only works when Steam is running. If it's not, you can only turn it off by holding down the Steam button for a couple seconds.

Yeah Steam is running and I made sure I'm in the actual Steam mode as well, it doesn't seem to work :(
Are there any logs I can check and maybe upload here?
Wait okay, hang on, it doesn't want to work with Valve's own Puck now either...?
I'm unsure if I accidentally turned something in the settings off but yeah, not working at all
Found it. I had some weird issues with the controller before and I accidentally turned this setting off
