Keyboard and mouse is working (tested on KDE Plasma). Gamepad isn't.
Tested it by opening antimicrox on the host and connecting a gamepad on the cilent. Antimicrox will detect it.

I'm noticing this now as well. In my case I run KDE on the host. It seems that in KDE's controller configuration it is picking up the device in

As a little sidenote: Input isolation does not work in any way on Gnome based DEs. I have tested it on Zorin OS, Fedora Workstation as well as on CachyOS (Gnome). Every time I moved my mouse or entered something on my keyboard, the Input was sent do Gnome DE as well as Sway. The env/tag mutter-device-ignore does not have any effects for input devices. The same Problem appears in this Project as well: https://github.com/daaaaan/sunshine-headless-sway/issues/2
I have tested ways to get around it but wasn't successful. It is possible but that would require creating a new seat for logind, assigning this seat to sway and attaching all sunshine inputs to it. The downside: as far as I know a seat requires a physical drm device (card + render) as well as an attached output (monitor). I could be wrong about that because I didn't dive deeper into that.
So using headless streaming is advised to be used with KDE in my opinion.

you're right, I've spent more time than I should refactoring the project to a seat approach before realizing that it would require sacrificing a physical device to it.
https://github.com/hgaiser/moonshine also promises input isolation, apparently DE agnostic, it's been on my todo list checking out how they do it
